Tonecat ships internationally for $32.50 per pedal and anywhere in Australia for $15 per pedal. Handbuilt in Melbourne, our boutique guitar pedals reach tone chasers across the globe — safely packed and ready to rock your board.

Can I still get my Tonecat pedal shipped to the US and the rest of the world?

Yep — we’re still shipping to the US and other countries, even with the current Aussie shipping hiccups. Delivery might take a little longer (usually 2–3 weeks), but you’ll get full tracking so you can follow your pedal’s journey we’ll make sure your order is packed safe and shipped as quickly as possible.

Tonecat Returns & Warranty Policy

Because our pedals are hand-built in small batches, we keep returns simple but fair.

Returns (Change of Mind)

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Pedal must be:

    • In as-new condition

    • No Velcro attached, no marks or modifications

    • Returned with original box & packaging

  • Refund is for the pedal price only (shipping not refundable)

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

⚠️ Used pedals, gigged units, or pedals with Velcro attached are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for another pedal or store credit may be offered at our discretion

  • Subject to availability

damaged or faulty Gears

All Tonecat pedals come with a 12-month warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Component failure under normal use

If your pedal is faulty:

  • Contact us at tonecatOfficial@gmail.com with a description (and photos if possible)

  • We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

  • If the fault is confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from incorrect power supply

  • Liquid damage

  • Mods or third-party repairs

  • Normal wear & tear

Refunds

  • Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • You’ll get an email once completed
